Library License

CobolTransformer packaged as a library is subject to the Library (Source) License.

Highlights of the Library (Source) License:

• Can be used by up to 10 developers, all in one site of the licensee company.
• License includes full source of the product.
• In general CobolTransformer source cannot be modified. Bug fixes and new features should be requested from Siber Systems.
• Licensing fee will depend on whether you plan to sell or otherwise distribute software products built using CobolTransformer.

Toolkit Pricing

CobolTransformer is licensed only in source form, with site licenses staring at $50K.

All transformations come with source.

Please note that to compile and run transformations from Transformation Library, you would need to have CobolTransformer toolkit license installed on your computer.

1. Pay by Credit Card using Fax or Postal Mail

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, American Express, Discover,
• Download Combined Purchase Order and Credit Card Authorization, it is a Word document,
• Fill all fields in the form,
• Sign and date the form,
• Fax the signed form to +1-703-716-4812.
• The software and license keys will be e-mailed to you within 1 business day of receiving funds.

Non-US Credit Cards. All prices are in USD. If you have a credit card that is in Euro, British Pound, Swiss Franc, Japanese Yen or any other currency, you still can use it to pay in USD. The charge will appear on your credit card statement in your local currency. It will be converted from the USD price at the current exchange rate. We also accept EuroCard, it is the same as MasterCard.

2. Pay by Check or Wire Transfer

• We accept checks and wire transfers in USD,
• Download Purchase Order, it is a Word document,
• Fill all fields in the form,
• Sign and date the form,
• Fax the signed form to +1-703-716-4812.
  - If paying by check, enclose check for the Total Amount.
  - If paying by wire transfer, request our bank attributes by e-mail.
• The software and license keys will be e-mailed to you within 1 business day of receiving funds.

Notices

The prices above are for one license. One license can be used only on one computer. It can be for internal data processing operations only, no redistribution is allowed unless specifically provided for by the license.

If you buy more than one tool or more than one copy of the same tool, we will give you a discount.

We provide discounts to qualified educational institutions and small businesses. A proof of your status will be required.

Every DataViewer tool comes with a copy of Cbl2Fdd. Cbl2Fdd is a tool that finds file definitions in source Cobol program and converts them to FDD/RDD file that DataReaders use to get record layout info.
